Delete Your Account

Deleting your account permanently erases your profile, your child's profile, and all of their conversations and memory. Your Nijo toy is unpaired so it can be set up again later. This cannot be undone.

If you still have the app, the fastest way is Settings → Profile → Delete Account. Use this form if you've removed the app or would rather we handle it.

Submit the request from the email address on your account. We'll reply within 48 hours to confirm, and complete the deletion within 30 days.
